Description

I will meet with you one on one or if you want to bring a support person that is also fine.  The session focuses on your issue of the day and what you need to do to inspire positive change in your life.   There is no charge for the first session!  Plus, we will have a lot of fun!

Noticing one breath at a time, one moment at a time:  brings us to enjoying one day at a time!

We all need REM sleep every night.  The theory behind EMDR is that is simulates REM sleep while conscious, awake, and helps the brain rejuvenate to bring about natural healing.
